Our family is heading abroad for the 2014-2015 school year. We are hoping to find a family that needs a place for the same period of time near UMass, Amherst College, or Hampshire College. The house comes fully furnished. It has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a finished basement office. Large living room with working wood stove fireplace, recently remodeled kitchen with attached dining room, family room with gorgeous views and three-season sun porch. Brand new art studio/office in renovated mudroom. Our dates are flexible, but generally we are looking for a family who needs a place between September 2014 and May 2015. Rent is $2200 a month.
